It no longer lets me change it back to 1.0, like it only lets me choose start from scratch , but is there any other way i can switch it back ? Please help, and thanks ! :)

There's no way to go back to 1.0 anymore. If you used 2.0 for over 30 days or created your account after April 1st, you're stuck with 2.0.

If you signed up for MySpace after April 1, 2009, you are automatically using profile 2.0, which offers advanced design and privacy functions. You cannot switch to profile 1.0.
you cant switch, once its on 2.0 thats it.
i had 1.0 and one day it just switched and i cant go bacc but you get used to it after a while.
