How come i cant change my myspace back to a 1.0?

i changed to a 2.0 and i dont like it so when i click the %26quot;Go back to 10.%26quot; i get this start from scratch button and i click it and nothing happens
How come i cant change my myspace back to a 1.0?
If you signed up for MySpace after April 1, 2009, then you cannot change your profile to 1.0.

Cause 1.0 hasn't be available for over a year.
