i hate myspace 2.0.
so how do i change it to 1.0 when i automatically got it as 2.0?

you cant change it to 1.0 because you signed up for myspace after April 2nd
Tom made 2.0 the new myspace default so anyone who signs up after April 2nd will have 2.0 and not 1.0. i hope that helped

There is no way to switch it back. Any account started after april 2nd, 2009 can't have 1.0, i know it sucks. But you can find really cool 2.0 layouts here:

Make sure you are adding 2.0 layout code to your new myspace and make sure that you put it in the css box, not the About me for 2.0.
There are directions on the page I linked above, you will see them next to the code box of the layout you pick.
Another option is for you to open a musician/band myspace account because they are 1.0 style because 2.0 does not work for music myspace accounts. BUT keep in mind that not all layouts will work correctly for the music myspace. Some do and some dont it depends on whats in the layout.
