When I go to %26quot;Customize Profile%26quot; and click on %26quot;Switch Back to Profile 1.0%26quot;, the pop-up does come up.. but I only have one option: %26quot;Start From Scratch.%26quot;
It makes me keep the 2.0 Profile, just deletes everything that is already there. How come I don't have the option to switch back? It's a new account. Any help?

Tom set a new thing earlier this year that you can't switch back to 1.0 if you made a new account later this year.
