I tried that going to customize profile thing and the link that says go back to myspace 1.0 and it steal doesn't change... please help me i hate that myspace 2.0
How do i change my myspace version from 2.0 back to 1.0?
Here are the steps to go back to the regular myspace 1.0:
Homepage%26gt;Profile tab%26gt;Customize profile%26gt;Top right, click %26quot;Go back to profile 1.0
But remember, once you go back to 1.0, everything from 2.0 will be deleted so if there is anything you want to save I suggest copying all your html codes into notepad on your computer so you can transfer the codes to 1.0

Post a random blog to your myspace page (you might have to do it twice for it to work) Then go to %26quot;Customize Profile%26quot; and up in the right hand corner is a button that says %26quot;Go Back%26quot; press it and a small box will pop up giving you the choice to use profile 1.0
PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS EXACTLY!
[this does work, I've done it]
1: navigate to the customize profile page by clicking Profile -%26gt; Customize Profile
2: highlight and cut the URL out of your navigation bar if you want you can paste in
notepad
3: exit the customizer and choose Profile -%26gt; My Blog
4: Choose %26quot;Post New Blog%26quot;
5: type whatever you want as the subject and the body it really does not matter
6:Choose %26quot;Preview and post%26quot; button
7:on this page Choose %26quot;Post%26quot; button
8:Notice how on this page there is no link bar? thats why you cut the URL earlier...
without clicking any link on this page paste the URL into your address bar and hit
enter
9:Click 'go back'. Then it will say 'start from scratch' OR 'switch to Profile 1.0'.
Click 'switch to Profile 1
