i have tried going to 'customize profile' and then clicking 'return to layout 1.0' but it's not working! i try clicking 'start from scratch' after clicking 'return to layout 1.0' but it's still the layout 2.0! it's really pi**ing me off? help!?

I knowwwwww! its stinks! :( unfortunately you can't change it back, trust me - I've tried!! I hate that 2.0 thing! but once you switch, thats it
